SHIPPING INFORMATION + SHOP POLICIES

All RTS items have a processing time of 7 business days for packing and delivering items to the postal service. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following Monday unless that Monday falls on a holiday.

Any MTO (made to order) item will have the exact TAT listed in the description of said item. TURN AROUND TIME Excludes weekends + holidays.

 Orders with items with different TAT will ship within the LATEST turn around time. Meaning if your order contains something with a September ship date and with a November ship date that order will ship in November as we do not separate orders.

Please read and review each listing before placing your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is completed and packaged up. updates are posted weekly in our Facebook VIP group + website banner.

Please allow 24-48 hours for an email response. Emails sent over the weekend will be answered the following business day.

Please remember that we offer spooky/alt/Halloween prints, etc ALL YEAR. None of our items are exclusive to Halloween. 

Shipping time is not included in TAT MOMSTER COVEN CO. is NOT responsible for incorrect shipping information. All shipping information is input from the customer. Please confirm your address is correct before placing your order. We will only ship to the inputted information provided when your order is placed. Should you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed you are responsible for any additional shipping fees that may incur. This includes reprinting or remaking a new shipping label.

We now offer international shipping to select countries. Due to international shipping- shipping prices will vary by region and will be calculated at check out. Shipping times will not be the same as domestic & North America ship times. Your order will process within the item's designated turnaround time.

 

PICK UPS ARE SCHEDULED WEEKLY ON SATURDAYS UNLESS SPECIFIED. THIS IS ONLY FOR USPS ORDERS. 

ACCEPTED PAYMENTS:

MOMSTER COVEN CO accepts all major credit cards, SHOP PAY + AFTERPAY. MCC is not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please make sure your shipping information is current & correct when placing your order. There is a $50 order minimum for SHOP PAY.

 

SHOP CREDIT/DISCOUNT CODES

We provide our customers with promotional codes who are subscribed to our email/texts alerts who have opted in for communication. 

Codes and discounts cannot be combined.

Shop credit codes do not expire. Shop credit is not allowed for custom orders.

Free shipping is available for orders over $150 with code FREESHIP. Code must be manually entered and is not automatically applied.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

As a small handmade business MCC has the right to refuse service as well as refund anyone without notice or explanation. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or mistreatment. We have boundaries in place and will not tolerate disrespectful behavior.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Please follow the washing instructions found on the garment tag for your item. We highly recommend washing your items by hand with a mild soap & COLD water and laid flat to dry or Machine wash with similar colors on a delicate cycle with mild soap & COLD water.  Do NOT use fabric softener or bleach.

For our DTG/DTF tees always wash INSIDE out prior to wearing. Do not wear them in direct sunlight upon receiving. Always wash prior to wearing.

 *To avoid shrinking do NOT put items in the dryer.
